Hollywood super-producer Brian Grazer is suing his ex-wife. The legendary filmmaker claims in recently filed legal briefs that Gigi had recently hired the worst possible help to raise their children.

Grazer claims that his ex-wife’s former 20-something “manny” was a lazy slob who has turned his children into young racists.

According to Grazer the manny was the worst possible influence for his 9-year-old and 13-year-old children.

Grazer says the racist maker is uneducated, disrespectful to Grazer and others, and used extremely bad foul language and racist sentiments that harmed his children’s mental fortitude.

According to Brian Grazer the manny quite several weeks ago and now he believes any future nanny or manny positions should receive his final say.

Not only does Grazer want the current parenting agreement to include nanny decisions, he also wants 50 percent say in teachers, coaches, and any other professionals who work with his youngsters.

Unfortunately the legal documents do not say what terrible things Grazer’s children learned at the hands of the bad manny.

Brian Grazer currently pays Gigi $40,000 per month in child support and based on the current happenings he wants his visitation rights to match the big sum of cash he’s paying to his ex-wife.

Gigi has not responded to Brian Grazer’s claims about a racist nanny.

If we have learned anything in recent times it’s that nothing good comes from battles over Nanny’s and other help in Hollywood, just ask Jude Law and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Obama’s approval rating is remaining high despite the potential Obama scandals being bandied about.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the Obama approval rating is at 54 percent based upon a CNN/ORC poll.

The poll also finds 54 percent of Americans saying they don’t believe Congress is overreacting to the IRS scandal. The White House is claiming Obama learned about the IRS scandal on May 10 even though Treasury Secretary Jack Lew and Representative Darrell Issa knew about the IRS investigation earlier and supposedly informed the White House. There are other allegations the Obama administration knew about the IRS scandal back in June of 2012.

When Bob Woodward was asked about the IRS scandals, he said, “It’s a big mess, obviously. I know there have been these comparisons to Watergate. I would say not yet. … This is not Watergate, but there are people in the administration who have acted as if they want to be Nixonian.” Woodward was referring to how President Nixon used the IRS to persecute his political enemies and was impeached as a result.

Whether or not President Obama was involved in the IRS scandal is being hotly contested right now. Another poll showed that 55 percent of Americans believe Obama is tied to the IRS scandal somehow. The National Organization for Marriage claims the IRS allegedly leaked tax documents to the Obama reelection campaign to use against their political enemies. So far, this is the only alleged connection directly linking President Obama to the IRS scandals.

The IRS scandal involves many people at all levels of government most of it probably did not involve Obama at all, even indirectly. There’s hundreds of IRS harassment cases being raised by political enemies of Obama, and even those who just criticized Obama. Obama’s family even received special treatment by the IRS, including an Obama charity approved quickly by the IRS. The exception is the case of one Obama cousin who criticized Obamacare publicly and suddenly found himself audited by the IRS. The government even allegedly pressured his job to fire him.

Reporters have searched around to see if perhaps it was just a bad IRS process or law that seemed to slow the tax process to a halt while unintentionally catching conservative groups en masse. If that was the case there should be plenty other pro-Obama groups that experienced a similar story. This writer has found only three so far.

The Obama, Benghazi scandal connection is even more vague at least when it comes to the decisions made prior to the attacks. So far, we know the Benghazi talking points were changed in the White House to cast the Obama administration in a good light right before the 2012 elections, even so go far as to arrest the YouTube video guy for Benghazi even though he was innocent. The Benghazi emails show how these talking points mislead the public in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks by al Qaeda operatives still being searched for by the FBI.

The most important Benghazi allegations include reducing internal US forces security from 34 to three, relying on groups known to be tied to al Qaeda for security, and denying a special forces Benghazi rescue operation twice even though the team was less than an hour away. Others cast blame on President Obama for Benghazi decisions, alleging Obama was involved in the situation room during the attack, but chose to go to sleep early so he could be fresh for a Las Vegas fundraiser the next day.

Guillermo del Toro is already planning a sequel to Pacific Rim.

Pacific Rim hasn’t even hit theaters yet, but that isn’t stopping director Guillermo del Toro from planning ahead. After all, the new trailer for the film left audiences either shaking their heads in dismay or super excited for another action-packed alien invasion film that just happens to star some giant robots and Ron Perlman. Even the studio is seeing enough potential in this film to give the go-ahead.

Legendary Entertainment CEO Thomas Tull saw the early screening and immediately told Guillermo del Toro to start writing a follow-up. The Pacific Rim director says, “He said, ‘Do you think you can come up with a great idea?’ I said, ‘F***, yeah!’ ! Because on the way to the finished screenplay, there were entire angles and ideas that we chopped off because they were too much.”

Pacific Rim has been called a souped up homage to the classic monster movies such as Godzilla, to which Guillermo del Toro responded that those old films were more like oversized wrestling matches. Pacific Rim is more than just “Here’s the hero monster, here’s the rival monster, round one, fight.”

Guillermo del Toro adds about the movie’s alien monsters, the Kaiju (Japanese for “giant monsters”), “They’re a race of blind consumers grabbing planets, consuming them, and moving to the next. The idea [with the sequel] is to explore a little bit of that. I won’t spoil it, but I don’t think we’ll repeat a single beat from the first movie.”

Pacific Rim‘s director explained why we shouldn’t expect the sequel to come too soon, “It will take us a while to develop. I don’t think the screenplay will come out so quick. It took us a year and a half to do this script, and It’ll take us at least two years to develop the other script.”

After all, like a certain Michael Bay franchise, you can’t rush a script about giant monsters and expect it to be good. Giant projects take giant planning.

George Michael got into a crash last week that initially sounded life-threatening, but now the “Faith” singer is already out of the hospital and headed home.

The crash took place last week in England, and though details are still a bit hazy it appears that the car George Michael was riding in was the only one to crash.

“The exact circumstances of what happened are unclear at this time and until further investigations have been carried out it would be inappropriate for us to comment further,” police said at the time.

But though details were scarce, it was immediately clear that George Michael was hurt in the crash.

“A man who we believe to be in his 40s sustained a head injury and following treatment, stabilization and immobilization by land and air ambulance crews, he was flown to hospital for further care,” said Gary Sanderson, a local ambulance spokesman.

Initial reports said that George Michael’s crash was serious, but it was later revealed that the 49-year-old singer was only being treated for “minor cuts and bruises.”

“George Michael was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a traffic accident yesterday evening, no third party was involved,” a spokesperson for Michael confirmed Friday. “He is being treated for superficial cuts and bruises but is fine.”

Michael’s boyfriend Fadi Fawaz confirmed that the crash wasn’t as bad as it first appeared to be.

“Of course I was worried, but I have spoken to him, and he is good. He suffered a few bruises, but there is nothing to worry about. He’s due out soon, but I don’t know when. I have no idea what happened. I wasn’t there,” Fawaz said from Michael’s home.

George Michael has gotten into a crash before. In 2010 he crashed his car into a Snappy Snaps branch in England and was sentenced to two months in jail for careless driving.

William fine Died on Friday, at the age of 86. Fine is credited with helping to pioneer strict drug laws, in New York State. Family members state that his death was due to multiple atrophy syndrome.

Fine started out working as a publisher for several well-known magazines, in the 1960′s. He is credited with his work for Town & Country, Harper’s Bazaar, and Cosmopolitan. Fine gained national attention as he used his influence, in the fashion industry, for a campaign to replace the popular mini-skirt, with modest alternatives.

As reported by The New York Times, Former presidents Ronald Reagen and George Bush employed Fine to advise the State Department on peace relations and economic development in Northern Ireland. Fine was honored by The Irish Times for his part in peace agreements between Northern Ireland, Ireland, and Britain.

William Fine’s most famous accomplishment stemmed from his son’s addiction to drugs. As chairman of a drug rehab facility and program, Fine approached Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller at a dinner party. Fine spoke with Rockefeller, expressing his interest in programs to deter drug use and eventual addiction.

Fine proposed strict punishment as a deterrent for drug use, and associated crimes. In addition to Rockefeller, he also presented his ideas to former president Reagen.

In 1973, Rockefeller instituted mandatory 15 year minimum sentencing requirements for possession of certain drugs, including marijuana and heroine.

As reported by UPI, many of the strict laws continued until recent years, when further research revealed that strict drug laws were more likely to overcrowd prisons, than deter crime.

With the announcement of William Fine’s death, he is remembered for a great deal of accomplishments, including raising a family.

William Fine grew up in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles. William’s father, Joseph George Fine, was president of Fox Film Corporation.

Fine is preceded in death by his son Alexander. He is survived by partner Kay Pick, four sons, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

William Fine died Friday, leaving behind his legacy as a military combat veteran, successful businessman, political adviser, writer, and a father.

Jon Stewart is a hugely successful comic. “Well, of course,” you say. “Everybody loves Jon Stewart.” You’re right! but I’m talking about China.

The Daily Show host has millions of fans in China, where his political satire style is a breath of fresh air for many in the country where state-moderated media is the norm and such cultural humor is a rarity.

A Stewart-led segment on North Korea went viral on the microblog Sina Weibo, mopping up 4 million views, and even the state’s CCTV has used Daily Show segments in its reporting, even though a Chinese Jon Stewart would never be allowed in the country.

A big part of Stewart’s popularity in China is apparently his appeal to our Eastern friends with a penchant for Western culture. A big part of it is also the satire element, which according to David Moses, who studies and writes about Chinese humor, does not exist in China.

The closest they get in China are coded references and puns, which alter official pronouncements.

“That’s just shooting a finger at the government. But this is full-fledged jokes and routines about North Korea or about China and trade … It’s just what they wish they could do here,” Moses said.

Millions of Chinese love the idea of satire so much that they’ve even moved beyond Stewart recently. Though he’s still unquestionably top-dog in China, some say that they prefer rival Stephen Colbert, though there’s some suggestion that the humor isn’t the main reason.

“I think I like Stephen Colbert’s pronunciation more because it’s much clearer for me,” said Shanghai student Peng Cheng.”

Seth MacFarlane has finally answered those reports on whether or not he may host the 2014 Oscars. The short of it is that he won’t be hosting the Oscars. Initially when the host was lambasted, the comedian put out a statement saying that a second go around wasn’t really for him.

Then two months after the fact rumors persisted that he was actually going forward by discussing the possibility of hosting for a second time. Unfortunately or Fortunately, however you thought MacFarlane did, it was meant to be a one-time thing for the Family Guy creator.  Although there were reports that producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron were reeling him back in, MacFarlane had given his final word in the form of a tweet.

In the tweet MacFarlane does admit that he was approached, but ultimately he had to turn the gig down. In his true comedic spirit he tweeted:

“Traumatized critics exhale. I’m unable to do the Oscars again. Tried to make it work schedule-wise, but I need sleep. However, I highly recommend the job, as Zadan and Meron are two of the most talented producers in the business. My suggestion for host is Joaquin Phoenix” Joaquin Phoenix! Oh my days! Can you imagine!”

While Joaquin Phoenix has moved on from being the butt of everyone’s joke, and is back to actually doing what he was born to do, we kind of agree that Phoenix would be a horrible yet hilarious host. It would take a miracle to get Phoenix to agree to such a job, especially when he made comments putting down the ceremony while promoting The Master.

Who do you think will make the best host? Billy Crystal proved to be a snooze fest to some critics the year before, and the year before Crystal we had to endure the odd pairing of Anne Hathaway and James Franco. It seems like the gig is cursed and no one can come out of it unscathed. Perhaps Whoopi Goldberg?

Seth MacFarlane Confirms He’s Not Hosting The Oscars is a post from: The Inquisitr

Star Trek: Into Darkness star Zoe Saldana recently raised a few eyebrows when she told Allure magazine that she “might end up with a woman” after breaking up with Bradley Cooper.

The comment struck some people as a bit odd, as Saldana had previously told InStyle that she “worshiped” men and considered them “Adonises.” The 34-year-old chalked her possible decision to raise children with another woman up to how “androgynous” she is.

During a recent interview with BET, Smriti Mundhra told Saldana that some people took her comment as her coming as bisexual or a lesbian.

“It’s the saddest situation… It is almost impossible for us to get through one conversation with somebody at a cashier without having to go, ‘Oh is she Mexican? Oh is she gay? Or what kind of car does she drive? Or is she illegal or something,” Saldana said. “There are so much more things that are important besides stereotyping ourselves and limiting ourselves just by putting ourselves in little boxes.”

Saldana went on to say that she is going to “admire and love beauty whether it comes in the form of a masculine essence or in the form of a feminine essence. Beauty is just beauty.” She also said that she has known her life “to be with men,” but if she suddenly decided that she wanted to be with a woman, she would go ahead and do it.

“And I know that I’m going to be supported by the creatures that have raised me and loved me,” she ended.

Singer Ke$ha made a similar comment about her sexuality earlier this year, saying, “I don’t love just men. I love people. It’s not about a gender. It’s just about the spirit that exudes from that other person you’re with.” Ke$ha, like Saldana, also said that she doesn’t like labels like gay or straight.

Jennifer Lawrence shows off her blue skin in a new image from X-Men: Days of Future Past.

The Hunger Games star is all set to reprise her role as Mystique in director Bryan Singer’s upcoming superhero epic. Although the film isn’t slated to arrive in theaters until next year, the filmmaker has been giving fans plenty to fuss over in the meantime.

Like the other X-Men teases released by Singer, the director dropped the new image on Twitter. The picture, which you can find towards the bottom of this article, shows Jennifer Lawrence in full make-up and paint.

Earlier this month, Singer showed off a photo of Ellen Page as Kitty Pryde from the upcoming sequel. Other teases include Ice Man, Professor X, and, of course, Wolverine. All of these pictures can be found on the director’s Twitter page.

Lawrence is currently involved with two hit franchises at the moment. In addition to portraying Mystique in the latest batch of X-Men flicks, the young actress is the star of the wildly successful Hunger Games adaptation. Catching Fire, the next installment in the series, is expected to arrive later this year.

When she isn’t busy portraying mutants with superpowers of young girls who are forced to participate in violent games against other kids, Jennifer Lawrence can be found in a few movies with Bradley Cooper.

Lawrence and Cooper struck up a strong working relationship with the hit David O. Russell flick Silver Linings Playbook. The two later re-teamed for the upcoming drama Serena from director Susanne Bier. Cooper, Lawrence, and Russell are currently putting together historical thriller American Hustle with Christian Bale.

Robinson Cano pulled off one of the most creative surprises you will ever see this past Friday as he surprised 13-year-old leukemia survivor Nick D’Annibale, with the help of MLB Fan Cave. The seventh-grader was given the opportunity to come play whiffle ball in the streets of New York City, but what came next he never expected.

An ice cream truck pulled up next to D’Annibale as he stepped up to the plate in the street’s of the Big Apple, and instead of getting a quick ice cream fix, out came Robinson Cano to surprise his biggest fan.

Is this not the best prop ever used by a big leaguer? It’s hard to top it, and it surely had it’s affect on D’Annibale. The youngster was shocked to see his favorite player, and after a quick introduction they went back to the game.

Cano threw pitches as D’Annibale took one big hack after another before the two switched places and Cano stepped to the plate. It’s one thing to get to meet one of your hero’s in Robinson Cano, and it’s even better when you get to play whiffle ball in the streets of one of the busiest cities in the world.

D’Annibale truly enjoyed the experience and Cano even went on to say, “whoa, you’re better than me,” after young Nick hit a ball off a building and rounded the bases.

Nick D’Annibale’s story is one of perseverance as he’s battled leukemia, and his father, John D’Annibale, said the treatments have been “really tough,” though his son has gotten better and is back in school.

The battle isn’t quite over yet as Nick may have up to two more years of treatment ahead. For one moment this past Friday, all the hard times throughout his battle disappeared as he shared a game with his favorite Yankee, Robinson Cano.

Robinson Cano Shows Up In Ice Cream Truck To Surprise 13-Year-Old Leukemia Survivor [Video] is a post from: The Inquisitr

Is a naked scooter ride performance art if you carry a cross? Is it still streaking if you’re a naked guy carrying a sex doll while being chased by an equally naked woman?

These are the questions that residents of Beijing, China have had to ask themselves over the last few weeks, after a series of bizarre streaking incidents were captured on camera.

The blow-up doll streaking chase occurred on April 10. EChina Cities published a whole blurry portfolio of the event, so feel free to check it out if you’re not offended by public nudity or really bad, really out-of-focus night shots.

On at least a couple of more recent occasions, a man has been seen riding naked on Beijing’s mean streets carrying a very large wooden cross.

The “Wingjing Streaker” received a nickname, and people began to ask exactly who he was and what he wanted to prove.

The problem of streaking and public nudity is apparently a burning issue out there in China. Last year, the South China Morning Post pondered another streaker who took off his clothes to promote a book: “Streaking has become an accepted attention grabber. How did it come to be regarded as such?”

On Friday, a graduate of the Central Academy for Fine Arts in Beijing came forward to take the credit for the Wingjing Streaker’s recent appearances. According to Kotaku, Li Binyuan is the artistic mind behind the stunts. They said that he confessed to streaking at least 10 times since March — but that he’d only been caught on camera six times.

Li confided that he’d gotten bored with his work and was looking for something fun. The  streaking which included the naked scooter runs was his method of breaking a creative block.

“Every time I finish a run, I always check online to see what people online are saying about me,” he explained. “The internet creates such a wonderful way to interact, and I really want to see what others think of this thing I’m doing.”

Naked Scooter Ride With Cross May Be ‘Wingjing Streaker’s’ Art Project is a post from: The Inquisitr

Think you’re going to miss Jon Hamm with the absence of Mad Men? Think again, as Jon Hamm’s comedy Clear History is set to make a big mark on HBO. The project is a film which will broadcast on HBO and stars a great cast including Larry David, Jon Hamm, Bill Hader, Kate Hudson, Eva Mendes and Danny McBride.

The film seems to be serviced greatly by its cast of mostly experienced comedians. The directing seems to be on par with the ensemble cast, as far as knowledge of comedic timing goes.  Director Greg Mottola is heading up the production. Mottola spent time on the defunct show Undeclared and comeback kid darling Arrested Development.

Now HBO is giving viewers a first look into Clear History as a teaser trailer has finally arrived online. The film is said to be improvised, which makes sense considering Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Larry David is leading the cast.  The film follows David as “a hipster marketing exec who sells all his shares at a start-up over a fight with his boss, only to miss out on billions when the company’s new product — an electric car — becomes a smashing success.”

The teaser, which was debuted on EW, is quite short but it certainly does the job to create tone. If anything it’s worth checking out just to see just how ridiculous Larry David looks. So ridiculous that you’ll just have to take a peek at the trailer and tell us what you think of his eccentric look.

In addition to Clear History, the network seems to be on a comedy kick as it just ordered a full series of Mike Judge’s sitcom on the Silicon Valley. So far the show is untitled, but it stars a promising cast of T.J. Miller, Thomas Middleditch, Lindsey Broad, and Josh Brener. As for that project the only details we’re privy to is that it’s a “high-tech gold rush of modern Silicon Valley, where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success.”

Will O.J. Simpson be freed soon? His lawyers sure hope so, and they’re apparently feeling pretty optimistic after his hearing Friday.

Simpson is currently serving time for a strange sports memorabilia robbery in 2007. Juice recently decided that he didn’t like the way his 2008 trial went down, and demanded a new one.

He was convicted of kidnapping and armed robbery, and has served four years of a 9-to-33-year prison sentence.

O.J. was back in court Monday to ask for a new trial, alleging that his previous counsel didn’t do their job very well (because, you know, he’s in jail for a crime he committed). O.J. being freed was kind of a scary thought, but let’s face it … it couldn’t really happen, could it?

Yeah, it really might.

At least his lawyers think so after his new hearing on the matter ended Friday.

“He has a very good chance now,” said his attorney, Ozzie Fumo.

O.J.’s lawyers think that they gave solid evidence that Juice was actually set up by his former attorney, Yale Galanter, as a fall guy for his own plot to break into a Las Vegas hotel room and steal his own memorabilia from a couple of sports merch dealers.

His new lawyers also said that Galanter “deliberately sabotaged” Simpson at his first trial.

Will O.J. Simpson be freed? It now depends on Judge Marie Bell, who will give a written ruling. She’ll determine whether or not he deserves a new trial, and whether or not he should be set free until then.

O.J. Simpson To Be Freed? Lawyers Are Very Hopeful is a post from: The Inquisitr

Kate Hudson is reportedly signing on for Zach Braff’s Wish I Was Here.

Reports suggest that the Bride Wars star will take the female lead opposite Braff in the upcoming film. According to The Wrap, Braff became a fan of the actress after catching her in the Cameron Crowe flick Almost Famous. The two later became friends.

The former Scrubs star will portray Aidan Bloom in the Kickstarter-funded project. Bloom is a struggling actor with a wife and two kids who is still trying to figure out who he is. Kate Hudson will play his spouse in the film.

Wish I Was Here already has a number of notable actors counted among the cast. In addition to Braff and Hudson, the flick will feature Anna Kendrick, Donald Faison, and Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons.

The folks at Deadline are reporting that Mandy Patinkin and Josh Gad have also joined the cast. The project, which will be directed by Braff, is being produced by Stacey Sher and Michael Shamberg over at Double Fine Films.

Wish I Was Here sparked quite a bit of controversy when Zach Braff revealed that he was funding the movie through Kickstarter. Since the actor is associated with a hit television series and a handful of feature films, many thought Braff shouldn’t ask his fans to drop money in his virtual bucket.

The complainers became so vocal that the Garden State star decided to publicly address the situation. During a conversation with the folks behind the documentary KickStarted, Braff revealed why he decided to use Kickstarter to get his movie off the ground.

“This isn’t a money-making endeavor. Making a tiny art film is not where people go to to make money. This is a passion project,” the filmmaker said in defense of project.

Misty Shaffer lost close to 150 pounds while her husband was stationed for a year in Afghanistan with the U.S. Army, keeping it a surprise until the minute he stepped off a plane back home.

The Army wife once weighed more than 300 pounds, but over the course of the last year worked hard to take off the weight. While she was losing the weight, Shaffer also took great measures to make sure her husband, Specialist Larry Shaffer, had no idea.

“I just kept pictures off Facebook, off the internet,” Misty said. “When I did send him pictures, they were from the shoulder up.”

Misty Shaffer did a good job building up the anticipation for the big reveal. When Larry stepped off the plane the first person his saw was his mother, Barbara Suerken. He then turned toward baggage claims and saw a group of family and friends, who yelled “surprise!” and parted to reveal his newly thin wife.

“Wow,” Shaffer said after seeing Misty. “This is icing on the cake because I’ve been happy with the way she’s looked since day one but it’s something she wanted to do and she reached her goal.”

Pictures revealed an Army wife who had slimmed down dramatically. A news crew even followed Misty Shaffer and family for their surprise homecoming for Larry.

Larry said he wasn’t even expecting such a big affair after being in Afghanistan the past year.

“I was speechless. There was so much to take in,” Larry Shaffer, 27, told Yahoo! Shine. “I was expecting only immediate family and was so surprised to see the crowd. Then Misty appeared and she was half the person she used to be. I couldn’t believe it.”

For Misty Shaffer, the 150 pound weight loss wasn’t the only surprise for her husband. The Army wife also fulfilled one of the family’s dreams by buying a new house while Larry was gone.

Sony is teasing blurry images of the PlayStation 4 the day before the Xbox 720 event.

It was bound to happen. The day before Microsoft reveals the Xbox 720, Sony is out to remind us that their console is still on its way. The images may be blurry, but the photographer claims it’s because he was taking the pictures with a PlayStation Vita. That isn’t a very comforting thing to admit during the reveal of the next generation console, that it’s possible to take bad pictures with the same company’s product.

The reveal of the PlayStation 4 shows us that much like its predecessors with numbers, it’s black and boxy in design. Of course, system war veterans will undoubtedly remind us all that it’s not what the system looks like or what its technical capabilities are that sells a console; it’s the games you can play on it.

Anyway, now Microsoft will be under even more pressure to reveal their console design shortly after the Xbox 720 event, if not during. The fans will be skeptical if they don’t at least show a preliminary design tomorrow.

The images of the PlayStation 4 may be blurry, but close-ups show buttons, the logo, vents and the like, indicating pieces of what we’ll see in its full glory at E3 2013. Speculation states that the PlayStation 4 will be much smaller than the PlayStation 3, and easy to fit in any entertainment center. Considering the hulk of a machine that the first Xbox was, this could be a major reversal in the trend of consoles to date. We can’t be sure of the actual size without at least the controller to compare it to, but the ensuing rumor is that Sony’s next generation machine may be similar in size to the Dreamcast and GameCube.

The video doesn’t tell us much, other than that the console is finished and ready to reveal at June’s E3 2013.

Two boys playing in a car outside the Gompers housing complex in East St. Louis ran over and killed a toddler Saturday afternoon.

One of the boys had taken his mother’s keys without her knowledge and accidentally shifted the car into drive, running over 15-month-old Jay’lah Keith. The toddler was standing at the edge of the front yard when the car began to roll down the driveway onto the street. The boys, ages 11 and 12, jumped out the car to help the girl.

“They panicked,” Sherwin Haywood, who lives in the housing complex, said. “They didn’t know what to do.”

Elverita Graham, Jay’lah Keith’s grandmother, said the toddler, her parents, and three siblings were making their usual Saturday visit when the horrible accident happened. Graham said she was resting on the couch when she heard her granddaughter screaming. Jay’lah’s father, Marseani Keith, brought her inside and called 911.

The two boys were questioned by juvenile detectives, but Police Chief Michael Floore called the tragedy an accident.

Keith’s grandfather Fines Cole Sr. said he felt bad for the boys involved.

“Boys will be boys,” Cole said. “They’re gonna do what they’re gonna do. I feel sorry for the kids. They gotta live with that the rest of their lives.”

Graham also said she didn’t blame the boys.

“It was an accident and I don’t want to see them punished,” Graham said. “They’re young and they’ve got their whole lives ahead of them. I know they didn’t mean to do it. It’s just a horrible situation for everybody.”

During a candlelight vigil Sunday, Jay’luh’s mother, Whitney Cole, recalled her daughter’s sweetness.

“My baby was playful … with her little bow legs running through the house,” she said. “She kept a smile on everybody’s face.” Cole also said Jay’luh would kiss her 3-month-old baby brother “a million times everyday.”

Cole asked the community to pray for the boys, and asked them to take this as a lesson to be more mindful of their children.

“This is an eye opener,” she said. “Watch the babies, we don’t know what they’ll do until it happens.”

Funeral services for Jay’lah Keith are pending. Floore said it is too early to determine if the boys will face criminal charges.
