An unsuspecting Walmart shopper was in for a treat when he was able to capture this adorable moment on his cell phone camera. The man was perusing the lengthy aisles of the retail giant when he heard the sweet sound of American pride echoing nearby. What he found was two children belting out the national anthem in the most unlikely of ways.

Walmart shopper Mark Ammann says he heard the national anthem being sung nearby by some young voices and stumbled upon the scene above. He proceeded to record the children’s unique rendition. Part way through the song, another young girl points out to the children that they are being filmed. They shrug it off and continue with their song all the way until completion.

In the video, you can watch as a young boy and girl are playing near the oscillating fan section of Walmart. Children love talking into fans because of the distorted voice that can be heard. However, these two young people took their fan-talking to a whole new level by belting out the Star Spangled Banner into the circular contraptions. The result was both hilarious and beautiful all in the same.

The video has gone viral and has already been viewed over 1.6 million times since it was uploaded four days ago. It seems that many of the commenters were ready for something to brighten their day when they opened the video and it didn’t disappoint. Some are just happy that the youngsters knew all the words to the iconic national song.

Seattle Seahawks rumors about the Russell Wilson contract status have come up again. The Seahawks’ star quarterback has been down in Arizona to take part in spring training with the Texas Rangers, and he was asked a lot of questions about a possible contract extension. A report from the Herald of Everett relayed a lot of quotes he gave to the media on hand. Included were statements about what he hopes to see happen during the NFL offseason.

“In terms of my contract, I don’t really talk about that kind of stuff. I love the game of football. I love playing the game of football. I try to put my best foot forward and I want to be the best to ever play the game. That’s the way I look at it.

I’ve been fortunate enough to win a lot of games at such a young age and to be able to play with some great guys and have some great comeback wins and win a Super Bowl, and go to back to back Super Bowls. It’s been special. So that’s what I focus on.”

There have been numerous Seattle Seahawks rumors about what the team might offer Russell Wilson in a contract extension and just how much money he is worth being paid. It isn’t lost on fans of the Seahawks that he has taken the team to the Super Bowl in each of the past two NFL seasons, and that he might have an even better team surrounding him for 2015.

As previously reported on the Inquisitr, the Seahawks traded for All Pro tight end Jimmy Graham of the New Orleans Saints. Though the team had to give up center Max Unger and a first-round pick to make the deal happen, it should give Wilson a big target over the middle. An article in the Seattle Times following the announcement of that deal revealed that the Seahawks had become 5-to-1 favorites to win Super Bowl 50. The game will be played on the home field of the San Francisco 49ers, something that could make a victory very sweet for Seahawks fans.

Regarding the news that Russell Wilson has weighed in on the status of his next contract, it isn’t a negative thing that the team hasn’t given him an extension yet. The front office could have a plan in place to finish its offseason moves before extending an offer to Wilson, which could then be huge news before the 2015 NFL Draft. It means there will be more Seattle Seahawks rumors about the contract and it will continue to keep the NFL analysts interested in discussing the topic.

The WWE WrestleMania 31 results are in for the Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns match, and everyone is shocked by the way it ended with Seth Rollins. Mr. Money In The Bank has cashed in and now we have a new WWE Heavyweight Champion!

In a related report by the Inquisitr, the WrestleMania 31 results for The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt match also gives us hints for The Undertaker’s retirement plans. But the biggest surprise so far for the night was when UFC fighter Ronda Rousey fought Stephanie McMahon in the ring.

For months now, it has long been assumed that Roman Reigns was the designated man to receive the big push toward taking the WWE Heavyweight Championship belt. When rumors claimed Brock Lesnar’s UFC career could be revived, it seemed almost certain Reigns would take the belt, since Vince McMahon wouldn’t a Championship title holder disappearing shortly thereafter into the arms of Dana White. But when Lesnar’s contract with the WWE was renewed for multiple years, many thought it was possible the absentee champion could retain the belt.

Everyone knows there were multiple ways the WWE could take this match. Seth Rollins still retained his Mr. Money In The Bank status, and it was quite noticeable that Rollins’ match against Randy Orton was set hours before Bray Wyatt Vs. The Undertaker. Rollins was also given good reason to want a win of some type, since his WWE WrestleMania 31 results didn’t favor him.

If you missed that part of WrestleMania 31, Seth Rollins was about to do his NXT finisher off of the turnbuckle when Randy Orton rolled out of the way. Rollins was then about to do his curb stomp when Orton popped him into the air with his head and turned it into a RKO out of nowhere. Win by pinfall.

The second big prediction was that The Undertaker would take his revenge for having his WrestleMania streak ended by Brock Lesnar. This type of surprise would provide a big pop, never mind if a twist with Paul Heyman or Sting was added into the blender. Of course, the crowds would have gone insane if CM Punk showed up out of nowhere.

So what really happened?

Brock Lesnar Vs. Roman Reigns Match Highlights

The match began pretty much like all the prior matches against John Cena, with Lesnar taking the advantage right from the start. An F5 came within the first several minutes, and you had to wonder if we should start counting the German suplexes, never mind the other various types of suplexes he punished Reigns with.

The turnabout happened when Roman Reigns was slowly climbing back into the ring under the threat of the ref’s ten count. Brock Lesnar tried to shoulder ram him off the apron, but Reigns managed to reverse that move. But the Beast continued his dominance after that brief respite, and even pulled off a bell-to-belly suplex over the rungs.

At this point, even the crowd was starting to number the buildings in Suplex City, and Brock Lesnar literally, not just metaphorically, took the gloves off. Roman Reigns was slapped multiple times, but The Rock’s cousin took all this punishment with a bloody grin on his face.

That’s when Superman came out to fight. Roman Reigns bloodied Lesnar’s face and managed to land a Superman punch. The two began to trade blows, but Reigns still got in headbutts and another Superman punch in addition to the Roman Spear.

Ringside, Paul Heyman appeared to be praying, but those prayers weren’t exactly answered, since Seth Rollins’ entrance music began to play and out came Mr. Money In The Bank for a Triple Threat match. The three men traded blows, but it was obvious from the start that the relatively fresh Rollins had the advantage. Then Heyman gasped in horror when his client ended up rolling outside of the ring.

WrestleMania 31 ended quickly, with Seth Rollins managing to catch Roman Reigns in the pin and become the champion! Besides being quite the upset, this also sets a new record since (as far as we’re aware) this is the first time anyone has cashed in their Money In The Bank briefcase at the main event for WrestleMania.

Maureen Kinnamon has been arrested for the fatal stabbing death of another female at a motel in Nye County, Nevada. 13 Action News is reporting this evening that 49-year old Maureen Kinnamon was charged with the murder of her female companion, Penny Sue Silas.

Details are limited, but police say they learned about the stabbing at around 10:25 p.m., after receiving a 911 call from the National 9 Motel, located in Tonopah. That’s where police say they found the body of a female lying unresponsive on a second floor balcony of the motel. An examination of the body revealed that Penny Sue Silas had suffered several stab wounds to the body. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries, according to Fox 5-Vegas.

Her roommate, Maureen Kinnamon, is charged with first-degree murder and is being housed at the Nye County Detention Center. Police have not offered a motive in the killing, nor have they commented on the nature of their relationship.

WrestleMania is what all wrestling fans look forward to for an entire year, and WrestleMania 31 was no different. After Brock Lesnar re-signed with WWE this past week, there was no sure thing for the main event anymore, and no one knew what may happen. There was also the in-ring debut of Sting, the return of The Undertaker, and much more, so let’s check out the full recap and results for WrestleMania 31.

Brock Lesnar came out and absolutely decimated Roman Reigns for the first 10 minutes of the match. Lesnar actually hit an F-5 about a minute in, but let Reigns come back around. From there, Lesnar just destroyed Reigns with multiple German suplexes, forearms, knees, and a clothesline that sent Reigns crashing to the floor outside.

Every single time Reigns got the upper-hand, for a very short period of time, the crowd just booed him to no end. Meanwhile, Paul Heyman was outside counting the suplexes of Lesnar to Reigns. Lesnar hit another F-5, which Reigns shockingly kicked out.

Lesnar took off his gloves and just bare-knuckle punched Reigns, suplexed him more, and delivered another F-5, which Reigns kicked out of again. Outside the ring, Reigns shoved his opponent into the ring post and Lesnar got cut open and was bleeding heavily.

Reigns then hit three Superman punches and two consecutive spears, but Lesnar kicked out at a close two. Lesnar hit an F-5 and they were both out as Seth Rollins ran down with the Money in the Bank briefcase to cash it in to make it a three-way match.

Rollins gave a Curb Stomp to Lesnar and went for another but Lesnar caught him for an F-5. Reigns speared Lesnar and Rollins delivered a Curb Stomp to Reigns to pin him for the title.

Winner and New Champion: Seth Rollins

Bray Wyatt started out saying, “All of this now belongs to me,” but The Undertaker took him down quickly after that, and Wyatt’s injury didn’t seem too noticeable. What was noticeable was the age of Undertaker, as this was a very slow, methodical, and crawling match.

Taker was able to hit all his big moves such as Old School, the big boot, snake eyes, and the Tombstone. Wyatt carried a big part of the match and that was obvious as Undertaker would come about for spurts.

Wyatt kicked out of the Tombstone. Taker kicked out of Sister Abigail. The crab walk met the zombie sit-up, and Undertaker hit a second tombstone to pick up the much-needed and awesome win.

Winner: The Undertaker

A new Levi’s Stadium attendance record was made with 76,976 people, and that was announced by Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. As The Authority built themselves up, it was then time to smell-la-la-la-a as The Rock came out to a huge ovation and gave a little more credibility to the possibility of that huge angle rumor happening.

It’s then that Stephanie rips on Rock and slaps him across the face. Rock retreats to the outside to get Ronda Rousey, who is sitting in the front row, and bring her into the ring. After Rousey lets Steph know that she “owns every ring she is in,” Rock takes out Triple H and then Rousey takes out Stephanie.

Rusev dominated the match. Just completely dominated the entire match and overpowered John Cena throughout the duration, but Cena was able to make a comeback. Lana hopped up on the apron and was knocked off by Rusev, who was then hit with an Attitude Adjustment for Cena’s pin and the title.

Winner and New Champion: John Cena

The 2015 Hall of Fame class was introduced, and out walked the Bushwhackers, Larry Zbysko, Alundra Blayze, Tatsumi Fujinami, Rikishi, Arnold Schwarzenegger, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and Kevin Nash to celebrate with the crowd.

Connor “The Crusher” Michalek was awarded the first-ever Warrior Award as well.

Daniel Bryan is in the back being interviewed by Maria Menuos about his big Intercontinental Title victory. Then, the legends start coming in to congratulate Bryan and they include Pat Patterson, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Ric Flair, and Bret “Hit Man” Hart, and they all do a “YES” chant together.

For a while, it appeared as if the recent tension between Paige and AJ Lee was going to be a deciding factor. AJ was knocked off the apron early and left Paige all alone, but that didn’t really cause much of a problem. Paige held her own and eventually got the hot tag to AJ, who locked in the Black Widow for the submission win.

Winners: AJ Lee & Paige

For nostalgic purposes and sheer mark-out value, this match was fantastic. Sure, it wasn’t the greatest match, as it is obvious both men are aging, but it was fun. Halfway through the match, Sting got the upper-hand and D-Generation X came out to take him out. A moment later, the nWo came out to even the sides up for the WCW warrior.

Eventually, Shawn Michaels hopped into the ring out of nowhere and gave Sting some Sweet Chin Music. Sting was able to get the upper-hand again and even broke the sledgehammer with his bat. Sting then delivered a couple big Stinger splashes, but Trips grabbed a piece of the sledgehammer and hit Sting in the face to knock him out for the pin.

Winner: Triple H

This was yet another good match and one that could have gone either way. J&J Security got involved, but it was very little, so it didn’t have much of an effect on the match. At times, Seth Rollins looked as if he would take it, but Orton wouldn’t give up.

Orton actually kicked out of a Curb Stomp, which almost the entire crowd thought would be the finish of the match. Rollins went for another Curb Stomp out of mid-air and off the ropes, but Orton popped for an RKO (outta nowhere) and got the win.

Winner: Randy Orton

This was a great way to kickoff the official start of WrestleMania 31, and a fantastic performance from everyone involved. Great spots from everyone, and it was just a fantastic match with a great finish.

The ending came when Dolph Ziggler ran up a ladder but BNB nailed him with a Bullhammer on him, R-Truth, and Stardust. Daniel Bryan then ran up the ladder, but was knocked down, and came back with a Knee Plus on BNB. Ziggler ran back up and exchanged headbutts with Bryan until he fell backward. Bryan reached up and snagged the Intercontinental Title to a huge ovation.

Winner and New Champion: Daniel Bryan

Pretty fun for a battle royal, and one that was actually booked very well. The final five were Big Show, Ryback, Cesaro, The Miz, and Damien Mizdow. Ryback and Cesaro went first, and then finally Mizdow turned on The Miz and the crowd went nuts. Mizdow eliminated Miz, but he couldn’t get out Big Show, who took the victory.

Winner: Big Show

Even though this was on the Kickoff Show, it was a great way to start WrestleMania 31 with all four teams hot and ready to make a name for themselves. Big spots all around, and it honestly could have gone in any direction. Jey Uso’s injury played into the match a bit, as he was knocked out of the match early on.

Near the end, it turned into a huge spot-fest, and Cesaro and Tyson Kidd were able to “steal” the win and retain their titles.

Winners and Still Champions: Brass Ring Club

WrestleMania 31 was a night to be remembered for so many reasons, and it was an event that delivered in huge ways. Nostalgia filled Levi’s Stadium while the next generation of superstars also showed in the recap and results that they are ready to take WWE to another level.

So far, only rumors surround the Chicago Cubs Opening Day pitching situation, leaving fans scratching their heads about the fate of two of the team’s top hurlers — at least until Tuesday. That’s when the Cubs’ $155 million free agent prize acquisition Jon Lester makes his final pre-season start before Chicago opens the season April 5 at Wrigley Field against the traditional rival, the St. Louis Cardinals.

Lester missed a scheduled spring training start on March 21 due to what the pitcher and team described as a “dead arm.”

“It’s not something out of the ordinary,” Lester said at the time. “There’s no point in trying to grind things out now.”

But after a 54-pitch minor league outing on Thursday, Lester still wasn’t sure if his arm would be feeling less dead by April 5, when he is scheduled to open what the Cubs and Chicago fans hope will be a season of renewal for the beleaguered franchise — one in which the acquisition of Lester, along with a series of lesser but still important offseason moves, gives the team at least a shot at the postseason.

Cubs Manager Joe Maddon elected to throw Lester in a minor league game rather than regular Cactus League contest because teams are allowed to “control” the situations in a minor league game, not only limiting Lester’s overall pitch count, but also the number of pitches he throws in each inning.

Even with the artificially controlled game conditions, Lester still did not feel comfortable enough to pronounce himself ready for the season opener.

“I have one more start,” Lester said following the Thursday outing. “I don’t like to look past the next one. It’s not my first rodeo. We’ll figure it out.”

Three days later, on Sunday, the Cubs still would not confirm that Lester will indeed be on the Wrigley mound April 5.

At the same time, Maddon and the Cubs are facing a quandary over what to do with the fifth starter slot, which had once been reserved for 31-year-old veteran righthander Edwin Jackson.

But Jackson’s spring outings have been disappointing, leading Maddon to consider consigning Jackson to the bullpen — an expensive proposition considering Chicago owes Jackson $22 million on the last two years of a four-year, $52 million contract.

Jackson allowed a shocking eight runs in just an inning-and-a-third last Tuesday — after showing up at the wrong ballpark for his start.

Jackson bounced back with a 4-and-two-third inning scoreless outing on Sunday, but rumors remain that Maddon has already picked Travis Wood as the Chicago Cubs No. 5 starter.

Chicago Cubs Rumors: Jon Lester Still In Doubt For Opening Day, Edwin Jackson To Bullpen is an article from: The Inquisitr News

Online dating site Plenty of Fish has been fined $48,000 CAD by the CRTC (the Canadian equivalent of the FCC) for failure to comply with Canada’s new anti-spam laws, according to CBC. The popular online dating site, claiming over 90 million members worldwide, was founded and is still headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia by Markus Frind in 2003.

Allegedly, multiple complaints received by the CRTC indicated that PlentyOfFish Media Inc. sent multiple emails to online dating customers without a clear mechanism to unsubscribe, a requirement under the new anti-spam legislation which became law on July 1, 2014. According to a press release from the CRTC:

Plentyoffish Media had allegedly sent commercial emails to registered users of the Plenty of Fish online dating service with an unsubscribe mechanism that was not clearly and prominently set out, and which could not be readily performed, as required by the legislation. The emails sent by Plentyoffish Media notified users of services available through their registration to the dating site. The alleged violation occurred between July 1, 2014 and October 8, 2014.

Plenty of Fish updated their emails to reflect the requirements of the legislation, and “will develop and implement a compliance program to ensure that its activities are compliant with Canada’s anti-spam legislation.”

While primarily a slap on the wrist to the online dating site (BBC reports that Mr. Frind’s personal wealth alone is over $200 million USD) the fine represents one of the few major results of the anti-spam legislation thus far, and while not the largest, certainly the first time Canada’s anti-spam legislature has affected such a large, international company. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, online dating is now big business, with each successful site or app spawning hundreds of copies trying every trick in the book to get their share of that pie, and effective anti-spam laws are an important part of combating online scams.

Many critics are still skeptical of the actual utility of the law; Canada doesn’t even figure in the top ten countries which are sources of spam, and many feel that fines are more likely to harm small businesses and entrepreneurs than actually prevent spam on a wider scale, including online dating startups without the financial power of Plenty of Fish. Still, it represents a small step toward laws in Canada that acknowledge the evolving digital landscape we all now live in, and as Spamhaus notes, the countries with the worst problems are usually those which have poor anti-spam laws, or none at all.

In the long run, this judgment won’t strongly affect Plenty of Fish or other online dating sites, but it serves as an important demonstration that the CRTC will act on complaints made under the new anti-spam laws.

It was almost a scene reminiscent of the time that President Gerald Ford tripped down the stairs and was relentlessly roasted on shows like Saturday Night Live that mocked his clumsiness afterward. This time, it was President Barack Obama’s turn to nearly bite it as he jogged down the stairs of Air Force One, with perhaps a bit too much confidence and speed. As seen in the video below, Mr. Obama grabs onto the railing of the plane with both hands after nearly losing his footing, and recovers quite nicely without hitting the steps with his rear end.

The incident occurred after President Obama had returned to the nation’s capital of Washington, D.C., after winding down a golf outing in Florida. That’s when Obama came barreling out of the plane’s door and, with quite the spring in his step, jogged down the stairs, according to the Guardian. Obama’s cool recovery video is making the rounds online.

The above version of the video showing President Obama’s near Air Force One fall from the Daily Mail has been altered to show Obama’s slip repeated in the video several times as he disembarks from Air Force One, like the never-ending “GIF” that keeps on giving.

When the president initially exits the plane, Mr. Obama can be seen giving his standard salute prior to taking off and attempting to jog down the stairs. After his recovery of catching himself with both hands, POTUS seems slightly embarrassed at his faux pas, but then quickly greets the military folks waiting for him and pats a guy on the back, smiling. One wonders if the president quips about his near fall to the man.

As reported by the Inquisitr, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama recently took separate flights to Los Angeles on the same day — however, no reports of either the Commander-in-Chief or FLOTUS falling off those planes emerged.

Back when President Gerald Ford tripped and fell down the steps of Air Force One, it set in motion a series of never-ending jokes about the man — even during an era when things didn’t go viral nearly as readily as they do in 2015. After that clumsy slip up, comedian Chevy Chase performed several Ford impressions of the “Klutz in Chief,” as it were, displaying Mr. Ford as a bumbling leader, according the New York Times. No doubt, President Obama is thankful that he didn’t actually take a literal tumble down the stairs.

There’s an old saying that states that after the apocalypse, after all the people and the animals and the plants are gone from the planet, that cockroaches will remain because they are so adaptable.

It’s not looking as if flies might be in the same category.

Something called Biodiversity Science: City and Nature (or BioSCAN for short), is a joint effort between citizen scientists and the Museum of Natural Art History in Los Angeles, and what they’ve discovered is pretty amazing.

Thirty different species of flies were caught in 30 traps that were set out in varying parts of Los Angeles. All of the flies were members of the phorid family, and as such, most of the flies weren’t even the size of a kitchen fruit fly. Even though these phorid flies usually fly around unnoticed, Brian Brown, a Los Angeles-based entomologist, says that they play a crucial role in maintaining the city’s ecosystem.

Apparently the phorid family flies play many roles in the environment. Some of them eat fungi, some aid in removing decaying matter from the ecosystem, some cut down insect populations, and some even burrow down several feet into the ground to lay their eggs on dead bodies.

Amazing as the phorid family flies are, what’s even more amazing about BioSCAN’s three-year project, is the sheer diversity of the phorid family. The idea that 30 separate traps, catching over 10,000 individual flies contained 30 brand new species of flies indicates that the adaptability and diversity of the common fly is more remarkable than scientists ever imagined.

Though such a large percentage of the human population now lives in urban centers like Los Angeles, little has been done to study the diversity of animals in large cities. BioSCAN plans to change all that. Their latest findings will be published in the April edition of the science journal, Zootaxa.

Scientists say that since the percentage of people who live in urban areas will only increase in the future, understanding how different organisms play different roles in urban ecosystems is extremely important.

The lead author of the BioSCAN paper, Emily Hartop, explains that the study of the phorid flies is all about planning for the future.

“Right now we’re finding out what’s here – and it’s more than we ever expected. By linking these biodiversity results with the physical data we’re collecting at these sites, we’ll be able to contribute directly to the policy discussion of how best to plan and manage urban biodiversity.”

Buzzfeed recently sat down with some Mexican people who had never tried Taco Bell and filmed them eating some of the fast food chain’s most popular items for the first time. Check out which items they liked and which they thought were just downright odd.

In the video you can watch as numerous Mexican people try some of Taco Bell’s Americanized “Mexican” food offerings. Before the tasting starts, they are asked what they think the food will taste like. The answers range from “I don’t think I will like it” to it will have “a homemade taste.” So did the food disappoint or impress the authentic Mexican food lovers?

The first item the testers tried was the Fresco Steak Taco. It was noted that a “taco typically isn’t in a flour tortilla” and that it didn’t look very appetizing. However, reviews were mixed on this item. One lady points out that though it is an “Americanized version” it has good flavor while another says she is “not amused.”

When trying out some Taco Bell burritos everyone seemed confused as to why there was so much cheese and what was with the rice being white? The hard-shell taco made of Doritos seemed was too salty for some and was “nothing like a taco.” The sour cream seemed to confuse two of the younger tasters who thought it tasted more like mayonnaise. However, one male in the group questioned why Taco Bell was altering their traditional food so much.

“Why are you making our food into this?”

A tombstone killed a man who was hanging Easter decorations, crushing the 74-year-old while his horrified wife watched on.

The tragic incident happened in Saint Joseph Cemetery in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Police said the top of the tombstone came off its base, crushing and killing the man, who was identified as Stephan Woytack.

“It landed across his waist and it pinned him,” said police officer Andy Kerecman. “It probably moved some of his internal organs up because he was blue, so it probably suffocated him or caused internal injuries.”

The man’s wife, Lucy Woytack, tried in vain to lift the tombstone off her husband, then ran for help.

“She literally, when it fell over, she ran and they’re in their 70s — 74, 73. She probably ran a good 200 yards because the caretaker just happened to come to the cemetery,” Kerecman said.

Lucy said there was no way her husband could have avoided the falling tombstone.

“It happened so quickly,” said Mrs. Woytack, his wife of 46 years.

But the caretaker was also unable to remove the tombstone. The several hundred pound tombstone eventually budged after Kerecman showed up to help, but by then it was too late.

“There is no way that any one person could lift that up,” said Kerecman, who described the accident as “freaky” and said he had never seen anything like it in his 30 years as a law enforcement officer. “It was a pretty heavy stone.”

Staff at the cemetery said it is not too unusual for tombstones to topple over, especially as the ground thaws and grows softer in the spring.

The couple was well known to the cemetery’s caretaker, who said they came every year to lay flowers on their family plot.

Lucy said her husband was a loving man who served as a Eucharistic minister at Mary, Mother of God parish in Scranton — the same church that oversees the cemetery where he died.

“It is unimaginable to think that a visit of a faithful couple to the grave of loved ones in anticipation of the celebration of Easter could have ended in such a tragic manner,” said Bishop Joseph C. Bambera, who was notified of Woytack’s death shortly after the tragic accident. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the deceased and his family.”

But family members took some solace in the timing of the tragedy. Before the tombstone killed the man laying Easter decorations, a nearby priest was able to give him last rites.

However, all of their attempts to protect Emma Swan might be for nothing.

Now that Emma knows the truth, it is possible that she could embrace her dark side and turn into a villain. On last night’s episode, fans could see the struggle Emma faced after she learned the truth. She was devastated and angry. That is never a good mix. However, Hook was able to bring her back. He sought her out, and he offer her what comfort he could. She did take it, but she still has to deal with her parents’ actions and the arrival of the Author.

The actor behind Hook, Colin O’Donoghue, shared a coy teaser about Emma Swan and the remaining episodes of this season to TV Line.

“The second half of this season is about the struggles that heroes and villains each have. And what great about the show is it’s never cut and dry. It’s never as easy as a villain is a straight villain or the heroes are pure heroes. They’ve all done something that they regret, but learn from it in a positive way. We’ve seen moments where you could see where Emma could maybe become darker. Whether or not she does is a whole other thing.”

Hook is a rock for Emma, she will need to lean on him more than ever as Once Upon A Time Season 4 continues.

Fans do have a couple of more weeks to wait for the next episode, but they will have a gift waiting for them at the end of that time. The next Once Upon A Time episode, titled “Heart of Gold,” will feature the return of two characters. Robin Hood and The Wicked Witch are both shown in the previews for the next episode.

TV Line also shared new Once Upon A Time episode photos for “Heart of Gold” as well. The photos show Emma with her family as they search for the Author, but the photos also reveal that Gold will find the Author too. Does he find him first?

As for Robin’s time in Oz, he appears to be undercover in the photos, but he will attempt to take Zelena down in his own way. Zelena was the big bad from Once Upon A Time Season 3. The second half of this season has brought new villains to Storybrooke.

Once Upon A Time is still one of ABC’s top shows. In fact, TV By The Numbers reported that Sunday night’s episode was the number one scripted broadcast series that aired.

Pleasant View seniors got nearly naked for a calendar that is being sold to raise money for needy children. According to People Magazine, the Barberton, Ohio, residents decided to take their clothes off and pose for pictures for charity. The calendar is now being sold for $12, and the money will buy shoes for children who need them.

“The residents were like 20-year-olds – giggling and having the time of their lives. I do not believe the elderly should just sit around staring at each other. I want a fun environment where I challenge them and they challenge me,” said administrator Teresa Morris.

The Pleasant View seniors calendar features residents of all different ages (all advanced), the oldest being 99. While each participant had their private parts covered by different objects (a medicine ball, giant cards, an open briefcase), they really took it all off for the pictures — and they had a lot of fun doing so (as you can tell by the super big smiles on their faces).

According to NBC News, 200 calendars have sold so far. Now that the story has made national news, even more calendars are expected to sell.

“[They] said that it made them feel important again. They loved it, they absolutely loved it. It made them feel young,” said Pleasant View receptionist Tia Walker.

Despite comments that the elderly folks involved had a lot of “fun” doing this photo shoot, there has been a fair share of controversy about these pictures. Some wonder if these people were taken advantage of, or if any of them were “convinced” to take the pictures without really knowing what they were getting themselves into. On the flip side of that coin, many feel that this was a great move for these people, who really did seem to enjoy themselves.

The Pleasant View seniors calendar wasn’t the first calendar created that made waves on the internet. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the “tattooed librarians of the Ocean State” got together to take some photos for a calendar of their own.

“The Rhode Island Library Association recently put its 2014 calendar up for sale. The calendar features 10 women and two men who love books and tattoos,” reported the Inquisitr.

All of the proceeds from those sales went to the Rhode Island Library Association.

As the cast and crew of A.D. The Bible were filming the sequel to The Bible in Morocco, which will begin to air on Easter Sunday and picks up immediately after the resurrection of Christ, they were amazed to see a cloud form in the shape of a very large cross in a brilliant blue sky, according to Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, the husband and wife team that is producing the ten-hour mini-series. The goosebumps-on-your-arm event happened during a very profound part in the depiction of Peter and John in front of the Sanhedrin — an event that can be found in Acts 4 in the Bible — when Adam Levy, who plays Peter the upcoming miniseries, looked into the sky and saw the cross, Roma said.

“There they could see clouds had formed in a completely blue sky in the perfect shape of a cross. Everyone was stunned and filming stopped, as iPhones came out and everyone was snapping pictures. It certainly energized a tired, hardworking crew for the rest of the day and reminded everyone that we were being watched over as we are working hard to bring the Book of Acts to the screen.”

According to the Blaze, Roma called it a “moment of awe” in which all members of the cast and crew felt the cross was a sign and a blessing, and they were greatly encouraged to continue filming. Roma said that she showed the image to a popular theologian and pastor, Joel Hunter, who quickly connected the formation of the cross with a passage in the Bible, astonishingly from the book of Acts. The verse appears in Acts 2:19, where the prophet Joel promises that wonders will be seen in the world.

“I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.”

The series premiere begins April 5 and will run for 10 consecutive weeks, bringing to life the words of the Bible after Jesus returns to Heaven following His resurrection, and how his disciples continue to share his word, are greatly persecuted, and unearths the very inception of Christianity. This is a unique miniseries, as almost all made-for-TV movies depicting the Bible have centered upon the 33 years that Christ walked the earth, according to the Bible. The story is much better known of his birth in a stable, the miracles he performed, his gathering of disciples, his teachings and persecution, and finally his death by crucifixion at the hand of Pontius Pilate, in which he returns from the dead three days later to appear briefly to his disciples to encourage and strengthen them. The persecution, death, and resurrection of Jesus is sometimes referred to as “The Passion.”

The years that follow are not nearly as discussed as those events, but also have significant lessons to teach and stories to tell. While the first miniseries “The Bible” was a smash hit on TV, the movie that summarized the series didn’t fare nearly as well at the theater, nor with film critics. Critics have already given accolades to the upcoming second part miniseries, which will air on NBC.

After last week’s episode, only ten Drag Queens were left on RuPaul’s Drag Race. No, there was no Snatch Game — a challenge that has been around since season 2 — this week. Instead, the queens had another task: Putting on an awards show. “The Despy Awards” came to RuPaul’s Drag Race.

But first, there is always a mini challenge! Week 5 of Drag Race had the Queens making iconic runway looks from paper. Yep, paper. The challenge was inspired by a super fan that created some of the top looks from Drag Race out of paper.

The work became a game of “frock, paper, scissors” as Queens worked their paper constructs. Teams of two were put together to come up with designs based on the runway looks of Jennifer Lopez, Cher, and Björk, just to name a few.

The team of Katya and Mrs. Kasha Davis was working that red carpet as Björk and Joan Rivers, respectively. They won the mini challenge, earning the right to host the brand new Despy Awards.

The Drag Queens both presented and received awards. The goal of the show was to create witty banter, and “thank you” speeches that would make Ru giggle. The girls were coached in comedy by Kathy Griffin before getting on the main stage.

Violet Chachki and Miss Fame had the task of presenting “The Meatiest Tuck,” RuPaul’s favorite category. “Sexy, Sexy Drag Queen” was presented by Jaidynn Diore Fierce and Kennedy Davenport. “Most Busted Queen” was announced by Pearl and Max. Ginger Minj and Kandy Ho teamed up for the presentation of the “Shadiest Queen.” One guess to who won that one.

The sexy Drag Queen was Miss Fame, and Katya had that larger tuck. Most Busted went to Jaidynn, while Violet was deemed the shadiest. Having seen the show, the winners were not a surprise.

Pearl came out of her shell and worked the funny with her partner, Max. Together, they scored the win and a set of new jewelry.

Monday’s guest judge was Issac Mizrahi, a legend in the fashion community. The guest judge, along with the familiar panel of RuPaul, Michelle Visage, and Ross Mathews, did not really have any scathing reviews. The Queens received some criticism and tips about their looks, but unlike a few weeks ago, there were no angry outbursts.

When archaeologists discovered an ancient Egyptian brewer from 5,000 years ago, you would think the old beer hot spot would have been located closer to Egypt. Instead, the discovery was made in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, bottles of 170-year-old beer and champagne were preserved underwater in a sunken ship discovered off the coast of Finland. When curious scientists decided to taste the old beer, their first reaction was to describe the ancient beer as smelling like burnt rubber and goat. While it definitely sounds like this old beer would require the hair of the dog the next morning, this sour beer was definitely interesting in that it was also fruity.

Apparently, rose, sweet apples, and green tea-flavored beer was in vogue almost 200 years ago, but old beer flavors were about the same 5,000 years ago based upon the description of the ancient Egyptian brewery. According to Ynet News, the Israel Antiquities Authority believes “the beer was made from a mixture of barley and water, partially brewed and then left to ferment in the sun. Different fruit concentrates were added to the beer, to improve its taste and aroma. The mixture was filtered using special tools.”

“This is the first evidence of Egyptian settlement in central Tel Aviv during this period and the evidence of the northernmost Egyptian community in the Early Bronze Age,” said Diego Barkan, director of the excavation for the Israel Antiquities Authority. “Now we know that the ancient Egyptians also appreciated what the Tel Aviv region had to offer, and were able to enjoy a glass of beer, just like today’s Tel Avivians.”

It’s uncertain whether or not the old beer produced by the ancient Egyptian brewery was intended for special occasions, but they do know the entire population were active beer drinkers. Speaking of which, how did they know the ancient Egyptian brewery was actually Egyptian since the discovery was made on Hamasger Street in the heart of Tel Aviv, Israel? It turns out the pottery was different from the local breweries.

“Among the hundreds of pieces of pottery typical of the local culture, we found several large fragments of ceramic basins made in the Egyptian tradition, and used for making beer,” explains Barkan. “These dishes had straw or other organic matter added to strengthen them, a method that was not integrated into local industry.”

According to Arutz Sheva, the ancient Egyptian brewery was also “the northernmost evidence we have of an Egyptian presence in the early Bronze Age.”

Unfortunately, the archaeologists were not lucky enough to find any preserved remains of the old beer locked within the ancient Egyptian brewery. While no one would probably want to do a taste-testing after so many years, a chemical analysis could have provided hints to how ancient beer used to taste.

The game of football has long been a struggle of trying to maintain the balance between competitive action and some civility. Manchester City goalkeeper Karen Bardsley recently crossed the line when she retaliated against an aggressive outburst from Birmingham’s forward, Freda Ayisi, during the Women’s Super League One on Sunday, and the FA is not amused.

As reported by BBC Sport, the Football Association has charged Bardsley with violent conduct during Sunday’s match. Karen has until 18:00 BST on Tuesday, March 31, to respond to the charge.

Ayisi was ousted from the game at the 45th minute mark for her role in the incident.

Bardsley took to Twitter to address the conflict, and tweeted statements such as the following.

“Passions ran high against Birmingham yesterday. Viewing the footage again, I regret the incident with Freda Ayisi. Whilst I was provoked, it was out of character for me to to react in that way. I’ve contacted Birmingham to apologise for my involvement.”

The fracas happened during the Blues’ first game of the season, and is hopefully not a sign of things to come. The Manchester Evening News has reported that the team has already struggled enough with preseason injuries and player turnover. Finding yourself on the wrong side of the FA is a bad way to start such a promising season.

And promising it is. The team recently completed some warm weather training in Abu Dhabi to help get the new players integrated and everyone working together as a team. Man City’s sister club, Melbourne City, and the UAE (United Arab Emirates) women’s team was also present for the training sessions. The training went smoothly, reportedly with the squad feeling a lot of love from the country in general. Bardsley was quoted as saying the following.

“It was the first time I’ve ever been in that part of the world so it was a really eye-opening experience for me. I was really blown away by how friendly everyone was out there and how much everyone wanted to share their knowledge, enjoyment and fun with us, and show off Abu Dhabi.”

With the new season underway and Man City feeling a renewed sense of determination and unity, the team is posed to put forth some great matches over the coming months. Six of the newly signed members have already won the Continental Cup in their maiden season, which shows just how serious the team is about taking their game to the next level.

Even with the incident, Karen Bardsley and the Blues are still off to a promising start and a great season ahead.

The WWE advertised an exclusive Sting interview following Monday Night RAW on the WWE Network, with many hoping to get a sense of what’s next for the Icon.

And they got an answer, all right.

Sting has no intentions of going anywhere, and he will be taking advantage of “any opportunity the WWE throws [his] way.”

But that first opportunity isn’t exactly who you would think — it’s none other than the Bo-liever himself, Bo Dallas.

The proceedings started immediately following the end of the six-man tag main event. Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, and Ryback scored a victory over Seth Rollins, Big Show, and Kane.

Then, Sting made his way to the ring and was asked how it felt to have his first WrestleMania moment.

“Well, in a lot of ways it felt very normal, very natural. Because of you fans I feel right at home.”

Sting noted that WM 31 was the “biggest spectacle in all of sports entertainment, and there I was face-to-face with Triple H, and even though I came up short, I’m just glad to finally be able to say I was there.”

After that came the question everyone was waiting for: what does the future hold for you?

“I don’t know what the future holds but I do know this,” Sting began, but paused when the “Un-der-tak-er” chants began. “I don’t know what the future holds. I really don’t know. I don’t know what opportunities the WWE might throw my way, but whatever they do throw out, I’m gonna reach out and I’m gonna grab it. And if they don’t reach out, then it’s a crying shame as far as I’m concerned.”

If Sting had any more to say after that, he didn’t get the chance to say it, because Bo Dallas‘ music hit and he made his way to ringside with a (non)-motivational speech.

“What an honor for you to be standing in a WWE ring,” Dallas said. “You were such an idol of mine growing up. I don’t know if you remember this, but when I was a little kid, you painted my face to look just like yours, and I didn’t wash my face for days.”

Unfortunately, Dallas continued, “you lost your entire legacy in front of a record-breaking crowd.”

However, there was hope. All Sting has to do if he wants to succeed in the WWE is “bo-lieve!” Rather than come up with a crushing comeback, Sting instead grabbed Dallas by the hair and delivered a Scorpion Death Drop.

And if you didn’t subscribe to the WWE Network, that’s what you missed.

Whether this means Sting vs. Bo Dallas at Extreme Rules remains to be seen, but that’s probably the match you’re going to see. It will give the Stinger a surefire win, while allowing Dallas some experience working with a veteran.

It takes a lot to offend a guy like Ludacris, but some of the speakers at Comedy Central’s Justin Bieber roast seem to have pulled it off. To be sure, the 37 year-old rapper and actor has raised eyebrows and ruffled sensibilities on his own with raunchy jams like “Hoes In My Room.” In fact, he once drew the ire of pundit Bill O’Reilly who mounted a public campaign condemning the artist’s steady use of sex and violence in his music. But nowadays it’s Ludacris who is crying foul, publicly criticizing comments made at the Bieber roast regarding the rapper’s deceased friend Paul Walker.

In an interview with The Huffington Post, Ludacris tempered his critique of the purportedly offensive jokes while adding a bit of personal context to the discussion.

“A lot of people took it [too] far,” said Ludacris. “It did go too far and that’s what happens at some of these roasts … There were some jokes that weren’t appropriate. Like … there were some Paul Walker jokes that I didn’t think were appropriate and I was told and promised that they would edit those out. That’s what I’m saying. Some of those were over the line.”

According to U.K.-based news source The Independent, comedian Jeff Ross went so far as to incorporate a line from one of Ludacris’ best-known songs in an off-color joke about the 2013 car accident that ultimately claimed the life of Walker.

Ludacris told The Huffington Post he became close with Walker while shooting the movie Furious 7, adding that his fellow actor’s untimely passing was devastating to the film’s cast. He added that he is on very friendly terms with Bieber, explaining that he was present at the roast for all four hours of the event’s taping. The show will be edited to two hours for broadcast.

The jokes regarding Paul Walker may not be the only cringe-worthy moments during the Justin Bieber roast. As previously noted by Inquisitr, Bieber’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez reportedly contributed some fodder that was used to skewer the guest of honor in the course of the evening’s festivities. The spectacle is sure to be a boon for Bieber, though, as he continues to push back against embarrassing public gaffes, controversy, and occasional ridicule. Bieber’s career is still going strong and he’s planning a significant new project with Rick Rubin and Kanye West that is sure to garner attention given the collective star power of all involved.

Indeed, Justin Bieber remains one of the most successful recording artists in the world and Heavy.com has crunched the numbers to back it up, estimating that the singer is worth somewhere around $200 million at present. The Justin Bieber roast builds on that brand by showing that he can take a good-natured rib now and again. It’s hard to say if Paul Walker’s family share’s The Bieb’s sense of humor but at least they have Ludacris looking out for them.

Eighteen-year-old Hannah Tate had a rare form of kidney cancer and spent most of her senior year at St. Jude Regional Children’s Hospital, instead of attending Alcoa High School, Tennessee. She spent the time battling cancer, receiving chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries, according to ABC News Channel 8. The chemo led to the loss of her hair.

But she was about to receive some great news to help cheer her up and make her prom special. During her worst days, her mother kept telling her to hang in there, and that she would get a special surprise for her prom. But little did Hannah think she would get just want she wanted: a makeover by a celebrity stylist and his glam squad.

Hannah had reached out to celebrity stylist Tokyo Stylez on Instagram, requesting just a wig for her to wear to her prom. However, she didn’t think anything would really come of the request.

But Stylez went the extra mile and coordinated with Hannah’s mother, LaVetta Spann, to do a make-over for her prom. Spann stated the following to Yahoo! Parenting.

“Never in a million years did I expect he would honor her request like that and bring along his whole team, with a makeup artist and everything. It was really hard to keep it a secret.”

There were tough days when Hannah didn’t think that she would make it to her prom, when she felt ill because of fevers, and she because of dental surgery on Thursday before the Saturday prom. But she hung in there and was overjoyed when she saw the gift she could only dream of on the day of her prom, on Saturday.

She opened the door to her home, thinking she was just signing for a package delivery and there stood Stylez and his team. Hannah was dumbfounded. And she got the star treatment of makeup and a wig. After all, Stylez has worked with the biggest names in show-biz, including singer Rihanna, actress Gabrielle Union, and superstar model Naomi Campbell, according to ABC News Channel 8. Stylez stated the following, that Hannah Tate filled up when she saw him, in disbelief that he would take time from his busy schedule.

“She teared up a cried a little bit. I didn’t want her to because I didn’t want to cry. It’s like a once in a lifetime thing. You only go to your senior prom once, so to be a part of it is something that she’ll always remember.”

Hannah Tate is a superstar in her own right, battling cancer. And she celebrated her prom in style after her makeover. She said, grinning, “[i]t just makes me smile. It makes me happy.” Once again, she felt like the beautiful young woman that she is–Cinderella attending the prom–not like a cancer patient.

Another teen, who was raising money for a new prom dress but was ridiculed and bullied by two people on social media for being overweight, also had the last laugh. She raised over $6,000 on GoFundMe and also helped other students to have the prom of their dreams, according to an Inquisitr article.
